PIN GRADING
Please note all products are handmade and no product is 100% perfect. Each is uniquely made by hand and products can vary upon completion. Rest assured that you'll be receiving the best quality possible per grade.
Standard Grade: Free of major defects but may contain slight imperfections that are only visible upon close-up inspection and/or from looking at the pin under certain lighting or from a specific angle. Standard Grade can contain minor manufacturing beauty marks that ranges from superficial lines to minor visual non-impactful marks this occurs during manufacturing
Seconds: May contain slightly more noticeable flaws. Examples include air bubbles, pin pricks, stray paint/glitter specs, scratches, metal plating defects (excluding backs) or low filled enamel, random specs of dirt, dust, glitter, fibers.
IN HAND ORDER TIMEFRAMES
Orders are shipped as soon as they are in stock and can be expected to ship within 5-7 business days.
Unless otherwise specified, please allow a window of between 2-6 months for production. Production times vary per design, and estimated timelines will be listed alongside each presale. In the event that unforseen circumstances occur during production and cause significant delays, you, the buyer will be informed and have an option to cancel your order for a full refund.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited nature of our products all sales are final. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shop within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the defective product and your order number.
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the limited edition size of the product, however, if you have a concern, please reach out! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Once an item leaves our studio, shipping is out of our control! However, basic insurance is included in your purchase and we encourage you to reach out to your carrier to submit a claim.
